Sainsbury's wanted to upgrade 17 stores to their new corporate identity
within a 2 month time slot.
We mobilised teams to strip out and rebuild up to 40,000 sq ft of store
space in 24 hour shifts over 3 days and nights on a rolling programme.
This ensured that stores were closed for the shortest period of time
to minimise customer inconvenience and loss of revenue.
The project was delivered on time and on budget.
